Unavision <\/em>shows scared people graphic accounts of drug lord slayings<\/p>\n Sicarios<\/em> roam the streets and watchtowers of Mexico<\/p>\n Blasting and shooting and stabbing and skinning and cutting<\/p>\n 41,000 murdered since 2006<\/p>\n There is a report<\/p>\n Somewhat classified<\/p>\n That spouts information every day<\/p>\n About the killing south of the United States border<\/p>\n Everyday narco-traffickers leave messages in Spanish for<\/p>\n Other narco-traffickers that warn of more violence if<\/p>\n If<\/p>\n If what I am not sure because like some hell-born machine that<\/p>\n Feeds and feeds there is no end in sight<\/p>\n Instead it is a comic book gruesomeness that permeates the land<\/p>\n Carloads of heavily armed hitmen that kill police and government and rival fellows with<\/p>\n Equal and terrifying vigilance<\/p>\n Analysts here in the States cite the movement of Cocaine and Heroin and Marijuana<\/p>\n North and the movement of rifles and grenades and rocket launchers and Barett .50 caliber sniper guns South<\/p>\n Claiming it is only a matter of time before the damage spreads here<\/p>\n Almost as if there is some saran-wrap, plexiglass, teflon shield around Estadas Unitas<\/em><\/p>\n That has kept this maniacal game out thus far but that is cracking and eroding<\/p>\n I cannot help but envision<\/p>\n Apocalypse Now<\/p>\n Colonel Kurtz speaking of the balance between morality and will and the absence of judgment<\/p>\n Yet in this place it more and more seems evil for the sake of evil if Money is in fact evil<\/p>\n I am not sure I only know that it marches on<\/p>\n Funding haciendas and expensive prostitutes and seed money and fat white power<\/p>\n So cartoon, so exaggerated, so insane and so devastatingly real this sick capitalism of supply and Demand Our WAR on drugs is not a war it’s a money making motherfucking venture for the very Wealthy and once farmers turned entrepreneurs<\/p>\n This one kills that one and the whole family and that one kills this one and the whole family and the Banded stacks of greenbacks rise and rise and a Lawyer in L.A. snorts another line and a crackhead in Michigan puffs another rock and a Dr. in New York City enjoys a long healthy bong rip and the 14 year Old son of someone you know dies on a shit-stained toilet with a needle full of black-tar jammed in his Vein and I don’t know how you overcome this billion dollar baby this massive industry this pie in the Sky fucker of chances do you Legalize it or D-criminalize it or make possession a capital crime or do you turn and hide your head in the sand and hope your kids fly straight or do you pray<\/p>\n I don’t have the answer but I think the questions are important because the murderers are not finding Jesus they are not backing down and the spin cycle is just beginning to fire up and I know the kids from Jersey Shore are teaching the babies how to be behave and the party goes on and on and on and on and<\/p>\n We are one more Spring Break away from<\/p>\n Armageddon<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a9<\/span>2011 Harry R.
